Description
This overlay was redesigned, it now have 8 individual panels that creates great flow when worshipping our Heavenly father through movement. The four top layers of panels are made of a soft blue toned wave pattern chiffon fabric that is embellished with sprinkles is silver foil dots chiffon fabric and the bottom four are a royal blue georgette fabric The bodice is a multiple blue toned velour metallic fabric and is centered a custom-made water spring applique.
