It has a reverse half circle mock sheep wool insert. It skirt portion has 8 panels which are a soft cream chiffon fabric. This overlay also comes in an adult version.

The bodice base is gold crushed penne fabric, at the shoulders it is cornered with inserts made of fancy flora brown and gold embroidered net fabric. In the middle is a black and gold diamond shaped confetti dot fabric that is centered with a sequin lion face applique. This garment is accented with gold and black trim.
