The top bodice and belled sleeves are made of a white lace fabric. The upper sleeves and bodice are lined with a crepe back satin. In the center of the bodice is a pair of clear iridescent scrolled sequin appliques. The top layer of the skirt has four panels of white lace and the bottom layer of the skirts has four panels made georgette fabric. The matching pants are of the same fabrics.
